By now, eighth grader Luke Bleuel should be accustomed to receiving accolades.  Whether it is for academic achievements or his amazing musical talents, the Seneca Middle School student already has quite the long list of honors.  The latest of these accomplishments is earning placement in the South Carolina All-State Orchestra for middle school.  Not only did he earn a spot in the orchestra, his audition landed him in the violin section as second chair.  This placement gives him the distinction of being the assistant concertmaster - quite the feat.

Luke is taught at Seneca Middle School by Orchestra Director David Warlick who said, "This is a huge accomplishment!  He has worked very hard and it obviously has paid off."  Luke will soon travel to Lexington for the All-State clinic.  A concert will follow on February 24th at Lexington High School.
